Effective date: July 7, 2026 Service: ORBITH Edit (https://edit.orbith.tech), a sole-operator service of ORBITHUS, Waco, Texas. Questions or refund requests: edit@orbith.tech
Please read this policy before you pay. By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and agreed to it. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
ORBITH Edit produces custom, made-to-order videos. For our core product that is a listing video generated specifically for the property you submit; for other features it is a video generated or edited specifically from the footage and instructions you provide (for example, an advertisement built from your uploaded footage). Either way, your video is a personalized digital product. We begin working on your order, and incur the compute and processing cost of generating it, as soon as you pay.
You pay before the video is generated:
(The price shown at checkout controls for your order; promotional or account-specific pricing may differ.)
Each paid video includes:
A rough draft is delivered by emailed link, typically within about 90 minutes of payment.
A full refund is available only if both of the following are true:
In plain terms: if the video did nothing for you and you will not use it, you can have your money back instead of the video. The clearest case is non-delivery: if we were unable to deliver a usable video at all, it served no purpose, and you receive a full refund.
If you have used the video in any way, it has served its purpose and is not refundable. "Used" includes (without limitation) downloading and using it, posting or publishing it, sharing or sending it to anyone (including a client), presenting it, or otherwise using it to market the listing or project it was made for.
This is not a "satisfaction" or "change of mind" refund after you have already gotten value from the video. It is a refund for a video that genuinely provided no benefit and that you will not use.
Because each video is made to order for you, you cannot both keep the video and get your money back. If we issue a refund:
A refund and a usable video are mutually exclusive: you keep one or the other, not both.
If you have a usable video but it is not exactly what you wanted, the way to fix it is the changes that are already included in your order, not a refund.
These included changes exist so we can make the video right for you. Most concerns are resolved with a change. Refunds are for "I will not use this at all," not for "make it better" (use a change for that).
If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged by mistake (for example, a double-click or a clear billing error), email us at edit@orbith.tech and we will refund the duplicate or erroneous charge in full. A billing error is always refundable and is separate from Section 2.
Please submit refund requests within 14 days of your purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
If something went wrong with your order, please contact us first at edit@orbith.tech. We can almost always resolve a real problem (especially a non-delivery) faster than your bank can.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us is not necessary and is slower for everyone. When a dispute is opened, we are no longer able to issue a normal refund outside the bank's dispute process. We reserve the right to respond to disputes that we believe are not valid by submitting our records to the card issuer, including your order details, our delivery records, the changes you were provided, evidence of your use of the video, and this policy, which you agreed to at checkout. Disputing a charge for a video you used, or otherwise filing a bad-faith chargeback, may result in your being unable to use ORBITH Edit in the future.
We may update this policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect.
